What is the difference between the Datylon Report Server and Enterprise plans?
Datylon Report Server is a specially curated service for businesses and organizations with complex or recurring reporting needs. This cost-effective solution allows to automate the production of periodic and custom (personalized) reports.
Datylon Enterprise offers bespoke dataviz solutions for all types of enterprises. The contracts will be tailor-made for your organization's needs. With this comes a custom offer.
Is there special pricing for non-profit and educational organizations?
Currently, we do not offer a general discount for non-profit or educational organizations. Such institutions are welcome to make use of our free online chart maker. It is also possible to buy multiple seats.
However, if your organization is considering purchasing a large number of licenses, we recommend you get in touch with us to find the most suitable approach.
What payment methods do you support?
To our Enterprise & Report Server users, we offer several convenient payment options.
You can pay with a selection of credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment info is encrypted and securely handled by Stripe.
We can also arrange for a custom invoice and bank transfer payment.

What is your refund policy?
At this moment, we do not offer refunds. However, to make sure our product meets your requirements, we offer a 14-day free trial of Datylon for Illustrator. You don't need a credit card to try our tool for free.
Once you purchase a subscription you're allowed to cancel anytime. You’ll be charged up until the end of the current billing cycle. For customers on a monthly contract, that will be a month after your last payment. For customers on an annual contract, that will be a year after your last payment.
What if I need a custom solution?
