Will a monthly or yearly subscription automatically renew?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically, unless you disable "renewal" in your Datylon account settings. Find more info here.
How can I try & buy Datylon For Illustrator?
First create a Datylon account by clicking here or on one of the "Get started" or "Try it out" buttons on our website. Once signed in, download & install Datylon for Illustrator. Then you can use the full version for 14 days.
To purchase the plugin, hit the "Buy now" button after sign in. Find more info in this article.
Note that a Datylon for Illustrator license is based on a unique combination of your Datylon account and your Adobe ID. So once you have activated the trial or a subscription, the Adobe ID cannot be changed anymore by yourself.
Can I buy a lifetime license?
We are continuously developing Datylon for Illustrator and our online chart maker. Therefor we only offer subscriptions, which give you access to all the new features released during the subscription period. Typically we release a new version every 2 months.
Is there special pricing for nonprofit and educational organizations?
The Datylon chart maker online is free of charge. Just sign in, create a Datylon account and get started.

Can I transfer a Datylon for Illustrator subscription to another computer?
You can use Datylon for Illustrator on 2 computers with the same Adobe ID. See more info here.
